I like to capture a shot of the bride and groom in the church or venue doorway looking outwards, preferably directly after the ceremony. The doorway shot is one of my specialities, technically difficult  because of the extremes of darkness inside a church or venue and brightness outside. I prefer to produce this shot in monochrome as I think the extreme contrast looks best that way but I can do it in colour as well if requested.
