The moment when the bride's father sees her for the first time in her dress is often one of the most authentically emotional scenes of the wedding day. This is a shot that has to be organised in terms of positioning the bride and her father in order to capture the moment of the reveal on camera and then step back to let the emotions run freely. I especially love it when Dad sheds a few tears - real raw emotion. I have to watch it myself - emotion can be contagious.
